Husband's Favorite Blueberry Crunch

This warmer weather has us craving our favorite summer meals! My husband decided to grill steaks for us tonight, so I am making his favorite blueberry crunch for dessert. The recipe came from my mother-in-law, and it's very easy!

The best part? Many of the ingredients come from your pantry.

Husband's Favorite Blueberry Crunch

For the filling:

-Fresh blueberries (I used a pack and a half)

-Sugar to sprinkle on top and sweeten blueberries - to your liking! My husband likes it VERY sweet!

For the topping:

-1 cup of all purpose flour

-3/4 cup of oats

-2/3 cup of brown sugar

-3/4 tsp of cinnamon

-3/4 tsp of salt

-1 stick of melted butter

1. Wash fresh blueberries and place on bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle sugar over fruit.

2. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

3. Melt butter and slowly combine to the dry mixture. Mix until crumbly and use a spoon to sprinkle over the blueberries.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream! Enjoy!
